Colleen Vicari
Chief Executive Officer
On June 21, 2021, Colleen Vicari took ahold of the reigns at Riverview Behavioral Health as Chief Executive Officer. With over 30 years’ experience in the behavioral health field, Colleen has held positions in Little Rock, Arkansas, Dallas, Texas and surrounding areas – as well as Lexington, Kentucky. Colleen joins Riverview with experience in Medical Records, Utilization Review, Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Finance, Assistant Administrator, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. Colleen holds a Master’s Degree in Health Services Management. She is a native Texan who also spent over 20 years in Arkansas. She is very happy to be in Texarkana where she is enjoying the best of both states. Colleen has been married to Charlie for 22 years and has 3 grown daughters, a grandson and granddaughter, plus three bonus granddaughters. She loves spending time with her family and her 2 rescue dogs Missy, border collie mix and Sissy, a beagle mix. The entire leadership team at Riverview is excited about the experience Colleen brings to the table and is confident some of our greatest days are ahead.
