Ron Quillin
Human Resources Manager
Ron joined Riverview in September 2022 as Human Resource Manager. He has over 30 years of human resource and recruiting experience in public and private sector businesses. Ron received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Henderson State University, and received a dual Master of Science in Human Resource Development and Information Technology Management from Webster University. Ron is tasked with making sure all employees are treated fairly, staffing issues are addressed in a timely manner, turnover rate is reduced, and employees are well trained in caring for our patients.
